Please see the pdf above for more information regarding the platinum membership.  No purchase necessary to enter.  If you wish to enter the drawing without making a donation, please send a letter explaining your connection to Dana Farber along with your name, address, phone number to Jimmy Fund Hyannisport Classic, 55 Brook Hill Road, Milton MA 02186.  Letter must be received on or before March 15, 2024. Opportunity drawing prizes are taxable as ordinary income. DFCI is required to report to the IRS the name, address and social security number of people winning a prize with a fair market value of $600 or more (for instances where DFCI is awarding the prizes). Prize winners will be asked to complete and submit a Certificate of Intent before DFCI is able to release any prize valued at $600 or more.
